For Instagram:
- Go to Settings from the more option on the right-hand side.

You can select from the above stated three options for the given categories:
1. Facebook friends or people you have a chatted with on Messenger.

- Open Messenger.
- Go to Privacy under Preferences.
- Select Message Delivery.
