Step 1: First you need to sign-in to YouTube Studio.

Step 2: Next, from the left Menu, select Subtitles.

Step 3: Now you need to select a video.

Step 4: If you did not select the video language, so you will be asked to select the language and confirmation.

Step 5: You must select Add Language and then select the language you want to translate.

Step 6: Under ‘Title & description’, select Add.

Step 7: At last, enter the translated title and description, and select Publish.

In case you are using YouTube’s Content Manager to manage the claimed content, then you can upload a C file with translate video titles and characters.
