How To Verify Your Email Address & Mobile Number In Aadhaar

How to verify your email address and mobile number in Aadhaar:-

Aadhaar is a 12-digit unique number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) on behalf of the Government of India. Aadhaar provides proof of identity and address anywhere in India.

It is an important document that can be used when opening a bank account, passport application, e-ticket booking, and many other places where identification needs to be established. Aadhaar is valid for life and you do not have to change or renew your Aadhaar from time to time.

Now, if you have Aadhaar card it is also important to have a registered mobile number or email address linked to 12-digit identification number. According to UIDAI, the official website, “We will verify that your email address and mobile number have been announced at the time of registration or during the update of new support details.”

However, make sure you don’t. If your mobile / e-mail address has a support link, you can verify from the UIDAI website. All you need to do is follow the steps given below.
