A Florida court might have newly learned that Facebook aren’t real but that isn’t the case with Instagram. The popular photo-sharing trusts that there are not only friends.

But also some close friends in your Instagram followers’ list with whom you can share your personal photos. Which you cannot be wanting to share with just friends.

Instagram has declared that its users can now create a close friends list on its Stories to share it with the friends they’ve restrictively added.

“Instagram Stories has become the locality to convey yourself and share everybody moments, but our society has grown and occasionally what you want to share isn’t for everybody.

With Close Friends, you have the Elasticity to share more personal moments with a smaller group that you choose,” the company wrote in a blog post.

To remember, Instagram Stories are images and videos that disappear after 24 hours much like the Snapchat. Formerly, Stories could be seen by all your followers but the new feature now permits you to create a list of select friends who can see your Stories.

Some stories aren’t for everybody. Friends on the list will know that they are on the list but won’t be able to see your list. You can also edit the list if you want.

How To Use Instagram Close Friends Feature For Stories:

Here is how you can create your close friends on Instagram Stories:

Go to your Instagram profile page.
Tap on your username at the top of the page.
You will see two tabs- one shows you the number of followers you have and second reads Close Friends. Tap on Close Friends.
Select friends you want to add to the list and tap Done.
You can now select your close friends list when you post your Stories.
You can always remove members from the list by tapping on Remove.
